Caprese Salad:

Make a Fresh Caprese Salad with Tomatoes, Mozzarella Cheese & Fresh Basil. Drizzle some of our Italian Herb & Garlic Oil and pour on some of our Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette. Serve with Baguette style rolls that you slice halfway with a knife, brush with our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and warm in oven for 10mins. Break off chunks of Bread & mop up all the deliciousness! Add a Bottle of your favorite Wine!

        

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings:

Preheat Oven to 350. Season some Flour with Salt & Pepper. In a bowl, coat wings one at a time and place on wire rack on baking sheet. Bake until crispy and add to large bowl. Drizzle wings with our Italian Herbs & Garlic  Oil (or any of our 5 great flavors) Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Toss Wings vigorously to fully coat in sauce. Serve with Bleu Cheese, Salad and a Cold Beer!

        

Broiled Avocado Appetizer:

Preheat Oven to 350. Slice Avocado in half, remove pit. Scoop out some of the avocado, place small piece of Smoked Salmon or Prosciutto Ham in avocado hole. Crack an egg and separate a bit of the egg white, so egg will fit in avocado hole. Drizzle with our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil and top with shredded Parmesan Cheese. Bake until egg is desired consistency. Remove from oven, drizzle with our Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette and enjoy as an appetizer by the spoonful or spread on toast points.

        

Broiled Heirloom Tomatoes Appetizer:

In an oven safe ceramic dish, place halved Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (Mixed Varieties) and season with Salt & Pepper. Drizzle with our Sundried Tomato Garlic Oil or Our Spicy Garlic Oil. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove dish and sprinkle with our Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette and top with Mozzarella Cheese. Bake until Cheese is bubbling(place under broiler to brown off if desired). Serve with Crusty Italian loaf sliced in chunks for dipping.

        

Roasted Balsamic Red Onion:

Cut top and bottom of large Red Onion and Peel. Place in oven safe dish. Drizzle with our Garlic Oil and Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette. Season with Salt & Pepper and cover with foil.Place dish in Preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil, baste with pan juices and return to oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with Grated Parmesan Cheese and garnish with green onion. Serve as side dish with Steak, Pork, or Chicken.

        

Food Truck Style Soft Tacos:

I like to make these two versions of Soft Tacos using a cast iron skillet(Regular pan will work too)

On the left is Spicy Shrimp Soft Tacos using our Spicy Garlic Oil. Just saute peeled, thawed shrimp in our Oil at high heat. Shrimp should be done in 5mins. Place Shrimp on warm, soft tortilla and add Sour Cream, Chopped Avocado & Tomato Salsa. Top with shredded Cheese and squeeze fresh lime to finish.

The other version of soft Taco is made with "Carne Picada"(chopped steak) sauted in our Spicy Oil with sliced onions, topped with cheese, sour cream, and one of our Delicious Hot sauces. I prefer our Chipotle Hot Sauce with this dish as it adds a nice sweet smoky flavor, but if you are brave-use our XXX Hot Habanero Hot Sauce. Wash it down with an ice cold Beer!

        

Quick & Delicious Shrimp Scampi:

Using an Oven safe ceramic dish(easy clean up) shake bottle of our Grove Gourmet Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil & drizzle in dish. Add Peeled raw Shrimp to dish and drizzle more Oil (Add a Splash of White Wine if desired). Add Bread crumbs and top with Parmesan Cheese. Broil or Bake in Preheated Oven for 8-10mins until browned. Remove from Oven and add a squeeze of fresh lemon on top(optional). Serve on a bed of pasta or make a Caprese Salad (recipe included in left column) Add in a loaf of italian bread and  a Bottle(or 2) of your favorite Wine...enjoy!

Veggie Scrambled Eggs:

Our great Oils can also be used to cook a delicious Goumet style Breakfast. Simply saute veggies or meats of choice in our oil, add eggs and cheese, and serve!

For this recipe: Crack 3 eggs in bowl, add salt & pepper to taste, and whisk. In a non-stick pan, add some of our italian herb garlic oil (any flavor of our oils work) sautee 3 sliced cherry tomatoes and 2 diced button mushrooms. Add small handful of fresh spinach and sautee until spinach is wilted. Add eggs and 2 slices of American Cheese (or cheese of choice). Fold eggs into veggies and cook until eggs are done. Top with chopped Green Onion and serve with toast, bagel, or croissant. Enjoy with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or a mimosa!

        

Excellent with any Broiled or Pan Fried Fish:

Broiled Salmon with Rice using our Sweet Lemon Vinaigrette and our Italian Herb & Lemon Garlic Oil. Simply drizzle our Oil over fish of choice, broil or pan fry, and enjoy!....Season Fish and dredge in Flour to Pan fry or just Broil in Oven. Also excellent with Haddock,Cod,Tilapia etc...

        

1 Pot Cheesy Italian Style Pasta with Chicken:

In a large Casserole pan,Sautee one medium chopped Onion,add 2-3 Chicken breasts cut in small strips,with our Tomato Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil(shaken well). Add 2 cloves minced Garlic,Salt & pepper,1tsp Red Chili flakes(optional) 1 pint Grape tomatoes cut in half, 2 Large handfuls of fresh Spinach and 1 package Linguine(or Spaghetti). Add 4cups Chicken broth and 2 cups white wine. Cover,bring to a boil for 15mins and then turn down heat to simmer,stirring occasionally until Pasta is done. Add another handful of Spinach and 2 cups of Parmesan Cheese.Stir well. Drizzle our Tomato Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil on top and sprinkle with some more Parmesan Cheese. Serve with toasted Breadsticks and a nice white wine(or Red). For Vegeterian version of this dish use Vegetable Stock and omit Chicken,replace with Mushrooms or Zucchini. 

        

Shrimp Scampi Garlic Bread:

In Heated Cast Iron Skillet over medium heat add 2 tbsp Italian Herbs & Lemon Garlic Oil and saute 1 small Onion finely chopped & 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped. Add 10-12 Raw,Peeled Jumbo Shrimp(or Shrimp can substituted with chunks of small cubed Chicken Breast if desired). Turn off heat and turn over Shrimp-remove pan from heat. Use 1 premade refrigerated Pizza dough,shaped into round the size of Skillet. Drizzle with oil & sprinkle with Sesame seeds & Parmesan Cheese on both sides. Carefully lift dough and place on top of Shrimp. Bake in Preheated 4oo oven for 10-15mins or until Pizza dough is Crispy. To serve: Using oven mitts, remove pan from oven and flip pan upside down on cutting board. Drizzle with more Oil if desired and Parmesan Cheese. Cut with large knife or Pizza wheel. Add your favorite White Wine and enjoy.

        

Quick Appetizer when Entertaining Guests:

We make 5 variations of our Oils and they are great to dip Bread. Just pour out some Oil or our Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette(also great for dipping) into small shallow dish and build your Charcuterie platter around it. Add Fresh Baked Artisan Bread, such as French Baguette or Focaccia from your local Bakery. Add Olives, Cheeses, Pickles, Smoked Salmon, Caviar, Cured Meats, Salami, Pepperoni etc... Let your guests pick from all the yummy choices and dip chunks of Bread while drinking Wine. This is a great accompaniment for all varieties of  Wine...or your favorite Local Beer. Your next party will be a big success!

        

Portabella Mushroom Bruschetta:

Place 4-6 Portabella Mushrooms in pan. Drizzle Mushrooms with our Oil-any flavor will work. Top with Mozzarella Cheese and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 mins until cheese is brown and bubbly. While mushrooms are cooking, dice Tomatoes & Onion and Saute in pan using our Oil-then splash some of our Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette to Deglaze the pan. Remove Mushrooms from oven and top with Tomatoes. Sprinkle fresh chopped Basil and enjoy.

  White Garlic Margherita Pizza:

Using store bought or homemade dough, spread dough on round pan. Drizzle dough with our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil (any flavor will work) Add Slices of Tomato seasoned with Coarse Salt. Sprinkle Pizza with Parmesan Cheese and add dollops of Ricotta Cheese and then top with Mozzarella Cheese. Bake in Preheated 425 degree oven for 25-30 mins. Best results for crispy crust, use preheated Pizza stone in oven. Feel free to add other toppings if you desire-such as Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Anchovies and enjoy with your favorite Wine.

Quick, Easy Grilled Steak Dinner:

Sprinkle steak of choice with Rock Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper. Preheat Grill. Sear Steak on high heat, then continue grilling until desired doneness. Brush Steak with one of our delicious Garlic Oils and turn up Grill heat, cook for a few minutes to get that caramalized, crisp charred crust. In small frying pan add our Italian Herb Garlic Oil and sliced onions. Saute until caramelized, add sliced mushrooms, and smother steak. Serve with a Fresh Romaine Lettuce Salad and top with our Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette. Boil Baby Potatoes, drain, add to bowl and drizzle with our Garlic Oil. Enjoy with your favorite Wine.                      

        

Quick & Easy Pasta Feast:

Here is a great quick & Easy Recipe to feed an entire family. Boil 1 box of  Spaghetti or Linguine, drain, and rest. Finely Chop 1 red bell Pepper & 1 medium Onion and saute with 1/4cup of our Italian Herb & Garlic Oil in large frying pan. Season well with Salt & Pepper. When Onion is cooked,add Bulk Italian Sausage(Hot or Sweet)and cook until done. Toss Pasta with some of our Oil, add Pasta to pan and mix well. Sprinkle with Grated Parmesan Cheese and Serve with some Italian Bread and Red Wine.

        

Easy Shrimp Alfredo:

Boil Linguine or Fettuccine Pasta. Drain and set aside. On high, Preheat Frying pan, add our Garlic Oil and saute thawed, peeled Shrimp. Cook shrimp and add some white wine to deglaze pan, add 1 cup heavy cream,1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese and some chopped Chives(dried is ok). Stir well and add Pasta to frying pan. Serve with Garlic bread(drizzle our Garlic Oil on italian bread, top with Mozzarella Cheese and broil). Enjoy with your favorite Wine. 

        

Grilled Pork Short Ribs & Savory Rice:

Marinate Pork Short Ribs for 2 hours in refrigerator using some of our "Mucho" Apple Cider Marinade. Place on hot grill, sprinkle with rock salt. Grill Ribs, turning frequently. Prepare Rice-2 cups Rice,4 cups Chicken Stock (enough for 4+ ppl). In a frying pan add our Garlic oil, chopped Onion, and 1 small chopped red bell pepper and saute. Add 1 can chopped Tomatoes, 1 can Black Beans, and 1 can Corn. Season with Salt & Pepper and stir well. Top with Chopped Green Onions and serve with Romaine Salad using one of our tasty Vinaigrettes. As always...Enjoy with your favorite Wine.

Italian Sausage Pasta:

Salt water and boil 1 box of Ziti or Penne pasta. Drain and set aside. In large sauce pan add our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil (any flavor will work). To hot pan add Italian Sausage cut into 2 inch pieces and season with salt & pepper. Over medium high heat, saute until cooked though. Deglaze pan with red wine or chicken broth and add fresh Basil (optional), 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce, and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Drizzle more of our Herbed Oil and stir well. Add pasta to pan and mix well. Top with more parmesan cheese; serve with crusty Italian Bread and a glass of Red Wine.

Veggie Lasagna:

Brown bulk italian sausage in a frying pan using any of our Italian Herb & Garlic Oils (substitute for preference). Season with salt & pepper and saute with diced onion, red bell pepper and minced garlic. Add your favorite pasta sauce and let simmer. Thinly slice strips of a large zucchini, skin on (this substitutes lasagna noodles in the layers). On a large sheet pan, season and drizzle our oil on zucchini slices and place in 350degree oven until partially cooked. In bowl, mix together ricotta and parmesan cheese, 1 egg, salt & pepper, and a drizzle of our oil. Start building your layers, alternating between the sauce, cheese mixture, and zucchini. Top with sliced mozzarella cheese and parmesan. Bake in 350 degree oven  for 1 hour or until cheese is bubbly. Make quick and easy crusty Italian Garlic Bread with our oil and mozzarella. Add a glass of Red Wine and enjoy a hearty meal!

Mussels & Clams Pasta Primavera:

Boil salted water in large pan and add pasta. Strain and set aside. In large frying pan, add our Italian Garlic Oil (any flavor of our oils work) over medium high heat and sautee 1 diced onion, 1/2 diced red bell pepper, and 1 minced garlic clove. Season with salt & pepper. Add 1 can of white clam sauce or 2 small cans of minced clams. Add mussels to pan and 1 chicken bouillion cube. Add 1 cup dry or semi dry white wine. Cover and simmer until mussels open. Add 2 handfuls of fresh spinach and 8-10 sliced cherry tomatoes. Simmer until spinach is wilted, then add cooked pasta to pan. Toss well and add 1/2cup parmesan cheese. Drizzle with more of our Italian Herb Oil, toss, and finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Serve with white wine and crusty italian bread.

Easy One Pan Roasted Dinner:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shake well our Italian Garlic Oil (any flavor will work) and drizzle on large sheet pan. For this recipe I used zucchini, squash, red onion, red bell pepper, potatoes, tomatoes and marinated boneless, skinless chicken thighs-but any combination of meat and veggies will do. Add vegetables to pan and place chicken breasts on top. Lay sliced lemon and fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary or basil. Season all liberally with sea salt and ground black pepper and drizzle more of our Garlic Oil. Add a splash of our Sweet Balsamic Vinagrette (you can add more later in the cooking process). Wrap pan with foil and put in oven for 35 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven for additional 30 minutes to roast. Serve with rice or quinoa. Makes a delicious, healthy, and easy one pan dinner.

Seared Scallops with Linguine:

Boil water in large pan, add Linguine Pasta and pinch of salt. Drain and place pasta in a large bowl. Drizzle our Italian Herb Oil and toss. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place large scallops on paper towels and pat dry. Preheat non stick pan and add some of our oil to pan (unshaken, oil only). Place scallops in hot pan and sear for 1 1/2- 2  minutes per side. Do not overcook. Add Pasta to plate and top with Scallops. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and parmesan cheese. Serve with white wine.

 Crispy Cast Iron Skilllet Bacon     Brussel Sprouts:

In a cast iron Skillet,add our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil and saute 4 strips chopped Thick Cut Bacon (for Vegetarian version replace Bacon with Red Bell Pepper strips) and 1 small Onion finely chopped. Trim 10-12 Brussel Sprouts and cut in half,season with Salt & Pepper and drizzle with Oil,sprinkle with parmesan cheese(optional). Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or until done and a bit crispy. Serve as side dish. For Splash of flavor add 1 tbsp of our Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette to deglaze pan(optional).

 Hot Cast Iron Skilllet Veggie Tomato   & Egg Bread Dip:

In a hot cast iron Skillet, add our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil(our Tomato Oil is also a good choice) and saute 1 Small diced Onion and half Red Bell Pepper diced. Add 1 small unpeeled yellow or green Zucchini sliced into thin rounds and then cut in half. Season with Salt & Pepper and Cook until done. Add 1 Can Diced Tomatoes, stir and place Skillet in preheated 375 Oven for 15mins. Remove Skillet and crack 4 eggs on top on Tomato,Veggie mixture.Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and return to Oven for 10mins or until Eggs are done with runny Yolk. Take day old baguette style bread and brush with our Italian Herbs & garlic Oil,place on hot grill to char. Serve Hot with toasted bread as an appetizer or meal. Also,any Veggies will work in this dish, so add your favorites.....Enjoy.

Chicken Pasta Primavera:

In large pot boil Penne Pasta until tender. On stovetop in a hot frying pan, add our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil and saute 1 Small diced Onion and half Red Bell Pepper diced. Add 1 small unpeeled yellow or green Zucchini sliced into thin rounds and then cut in half. Slice Chicken Breasts or Thighs into small chunks and add to pan.Season with Salt & Pepper and Cook until done.  Add strained Pasta to pan, drizzle with more of our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil and mix well, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese..Also,any Veggies will work in this dish, so add your favorites.....Enjoy.

      Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread:

Slice a large loaf of Italian Bread in half. Place pieces on sheet pan side by side. Shake up a bottle of our Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil (any flavor will work) Using fingertip on bottle opening, drizzle Oil on bread evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and place slices of Provolone and Mozzarella on top of bread. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30mins until golden brown. Dip in Marinara sauce and Enjoy with a glass of your favorite wine. Serve as a side with Pasta dishes...or any dish

             CROISSANT BRUNCH BAKE:

Here’s a great Brunch idea: Croissant Egg bake…
Ingredients:
6 small Croissants or 4 lg
6 Eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
4 strips Bacon cut into chunks
1 small Onion diced
1lg Tomato
3/4 cup shredded Cheese
Grove Gourmet Italian Herbs & Garlic Oil plus 1tbsp Butter
Chopped Chives or Parsley as garnish
   Directions: Preheat oven to 350 Butter 9x9 pan-add Croissants
Add Oil to pan & Sauté Bacon & Onion in pan until cooked
In bowl beat eggs and add bacon & onions to bowl-mix well
Slice Tomato and fry in pan adding some more Oil.
Pour egg mixture over Croissants and top with Tomatoes-Sprinkle with Cheese
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Cut & serve directly from pan & garnish
For spicy kick top with our Chipotle Hot Sauce & Enjoy your Brunch...
